[NR2003] Benefit Race

 For those of you that have been racing a long time and might remember some of "The Looney Tune Racers" back in 1999-2002 and knew a driver by the name of "Tweety Bird" aka: Doc or Lou Green. Lou has raced in several leagues over the years and recently was a Admin along with myself and Andy Hacker at FTRL. It was learned recently that the Doctors have told Lou that he has 3 months or less to live. Lou has a very severe case of COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulminary Disease) to the point now he can hardly walk.
We over at FTRL are having a Benefit Race on Aug. 17 2010. There will be a donation fee of $10.00, with 100% of the donations going to Lou and his family. We are trying to get it televised over the Internet so people can watch if they want. The mod will be SS.net COT. There will be prizes given out....what, we dont know yet. Andy will put up more information at http://www.FTRacing.net We would love to get a full 42 car field for this race. Pleas join in if you can.
